· Introduction workshop
· Measurements – 7 site caliper test
· Physical capacity testing
February 16th – POTLUCK PARTY & AWARDS
· 2 awards – Most body fat percentage, most improved performance
· Sponsor presentations
1. 1-ON-1 Nutrition coaching
2. Group workouts with personalized a personalized touch
3. Private Facebook Group for accountability
4. 3 Webinars – Meal Prep
